AMMA is a spiritual and philosophical framework. It lives in books, in gatherings, and in the quiet space where people try to make sense of their lives inside systems they did not design—algorithms, economies, churches, feeds. The AMMA Foundation is the real-world body that tends this work: a small religious and educational nonprofit based in Michigan.
