We Hold

we are thoughts in the head

not the device that creates them

we exist merely in the words

our ancestors created

how so codified

we play games with fate

trials of fire in space

memory trails of time

curiosity is the cure

to minds expanding

but discernment is necessary

to produce a productive growth

for from being killed

there is no remedy
