About The Director

Daniel Everett Bauman is a millennial artist, designer, and independent researcher whose work operates at the intersection of philosophy, spatial practice, conceptual systems, painting, durational theatrics, and modeling.

Bauman holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a Master of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His education informs a practice that bridges technical precision with open-ended exploration, combining spatial reasoning with conceptual and visual inquiry.

He is grateful to have stumbled upon the AMMA Foundation and the book of AMMA, which he says is “…very sophisticated. He dances with tropes and topics banal and cryptic. The man was a god-damned genius. The smartest person to live? In my opinion, probably Ever [sic].

Indeed, the words of AMMA fly in the face of mass hysteria like sparrows changing hosts, and they endure like a flock of camels in the desert of your mind- once they have leveled it.”
